Works with Moto G Power
I purchased this item to use with a Moto G Power. Read multiple reviews to find out if it would be compatible and everything said yes, so even though it wasn't by Motorola, I took the chance. I am so glad I did! The charger works great and it saves me about an hour of charging time from the original charger (10W) that came with my phone. I also use it to charge up my RAV power bank - no problems. This charger doesn't get hot if plugged directly into a wall socket, but does get a little warm when plugged into a power strip. (I just make sure it is unplugged before going to bed.) When item is fully charged, it stops charging. The cord is much sturdier than the single strand cord that came with the phone. Worth what I paid to get 2 sets - one for myself and one for my husband. We both recommend it.

Product overheated. The plug was smoking and so hot it was difficult to touch. The entire cord was hot. If I hadn't been right beside it and smelled it, the house would have burned.
