ACV that's it.
Was recommended to take these to help the diet. Bought these because they have no additives. Comes in capsule form which is easy to swallow and essentially tasteless. Nearly finished the first lot and looking to order more.

Just what the doctor ordered
A great pill to swallow and I think it's been working it's magic without having to swill a shot of ACV

Good Supplement but Not as Effective as Organic Unpasteurised Raw Apple Cider Vinegar Liquid
This supplement from xSpan Labs is a quality product that delivers substantial health benefits. The capsules are vege cellulose, making them vegan friendly and cruelty free. They're free from lactose, gluten, wheat, soya, yeast, dairy, GMOs, sweeteners, bulking agents or artificial additives of any kind. Each capsule contains 500 mg of powdered apple cider vinegar and nothing else. Directions recommend taking 1-3 capsules per day. The pack contains 120 capsules, so they'll last between 40 and 120 days depending on the daily dose taken. Excellent value for money. Now to my criticisms. There is no mention of this apple cider vinegar being derived from organic apples, so I presume it isn't. Which means the purity and nutrient load of the apple content isn't as high as it could be. There's also no mention of the apple cider vinegar being unpasteurised, so I presume it isn't. Unpasteurised, raw vinegar is far more beneficial than the pasteurised variety. This is particularly true when raw, unpasteurised apple cider vinegar contains "the mother" - beneficial bacteria that produce enzymes which make the liquid an amazing panacea. Take away the mother and pasteurise the vinegar, and you're left with a product far less potent. It's still good for you, just not nearly as good as the raw, unpasteurised form containing those ultra-healthy bacteria and enzymes. I've been drinking Aspall organic raw unpasteurised apple cyder vinegar (they spell it with a y) for years and it's a fantastic product. I'll continue drinking my Aspall daily, and I'll take these xSpan capsules too.A decent product. Room for improvement, though.

Much better than drinking ACV!
With several auto-immune disorders, Fibromyalgia and numerous surgeries I've been left with absorption issues and need prescription supplements twice daily and B12 injections. The NHS only provides so much though and doing a Keto diet to reduce inflammation I need to use more supplements than most Keto dieters. Keto dieters always rave about the benefits of ACV due to it's benefits for stabilising blood sugars but it's also possible to use ACV for stomach re-flux repair. I've seen lots of YouTuber's ditch their medications after following a daily regimen but I haven't tested it out yet plus they added so many things to make it palatable I'm wary! I should add I've been keto over 18 months -but couldn't follow Keto during Covid illness. I believe Keto and CBD are to thank for keeping me out of hospital (and a wonderful asthma nurse) but I've needed steroids and antibiotics for several infections and my fatigue levels are still a huge problem. I've been seeing my nurse regularly as my recovery has been slow and one of the infections developed in deep skin tissue and has needed treatments. She's been fantastic and recommended several supplements I'd never have thought of, this being one. She knows I do keto and asked if I was drinking ACV - I don't because I'm not keen but I do add it to foods and cook with it. She told me she has been taking ACV capsules for years following anorexia recovery as she couldn't drink it either. I always suffer badly with keto flu in the first week so I decided this was worth a go as there is no downside to taking ACV either way. Once I got the news I didn't need another course of antibiotics (which I have to have liquid and there is no sugar free version of this particular one so keto is a no go on it) I was eager to restart Keto. Although I've started various supplements they have different properties rather than blood sugar stability. I'm pleased to report I've taken these from day one of restarting and got into ketosis with no headache and no hunger - for someone doing various Keto diets over 15 years this is a first!I will also say these have been easy to swallow for me, despite being quite big. I've provided a pic so you can see the size of capsule. I should also add absorbency issues mean thick capsules often won't dissolve in my stomach (you don't want to know how we know that) so I cannot take any type of prolonged release capsule or tablet so whilst these are ultra thin they aren't too thick that they won't break up quickly. I provided a pic to show the size and also one to show how wonderfully stack-able these are! I really love that about this brand. So much better than a draw of variously shaped tubs!
