Great taste
I've purchased this product several times and The taste is great. Originally I bought one as it is quite a bit of Italian beef. I froze hard of that and it lasted me a month. I would only have a sandwich or two a week. Based on my consumption I had eight sandwiches over a month. Obviously this depends on how much you put in your sandwich. Bueno stopped selling a single tub of Italian beef so I purchase two tubs and put one in the freezer. I've tried to reorder this, however, the two-tub Italian beef product is no longer available and you have to buy three at one time.

A truly wonderful treat.
My wife and I are from the Chicago Area and we were both craving Italian Beef sandwiches. These seem to be a Chicago specialty that hasn't made it out to the Seattle area. We decided to give the Buono Beef a try as a shiiped item. Well let me say it was delicious! It was every bit a good as we could have hoped for. Heated up easily, the rolls thawed and were as fresh as locally bought. It's not cheap but I can assure you we will purchase again.

Back down memory lane
I’m very surprised if this product. I was nervous about spending the money on it for fear that it wouldn’t meet the satisfaction of my taste buds. Woo hoo. It took me down memory lane for when I lived in Chi Town. I lived the fact that it was still frozen when it arrived. The French bread was soft but sturdy enough to hold it’s shape. The peppers were not rancid. They were hot. My only issue was I wished the peppers were a little hotter. I will order again.

Not the same as it tastes in Chicago.
Chicago style Italian beef are close to my favorite comfort food. I order frequently from the Windy City from several vendors.Paired to the others, the beef itself is not bad, but it disintegrates in the sauce. The rolls are about half the size of the length you get from Portillo’s. The beef comes in one bag so you have to use it all at once. Competitors sell them in individual 1 pound bags. There was also a sticker placed on the package saying to place in the freezer immediately and not to worry if the product was a little bit thawed. So the bags were soggy and the product a bit soft. They also stated don’t worry if there’s no dry ice in your package. They take twice as long to receive delivery as their competitors. Never thought I’d say I would be disappointed in a Buona beef, but it hurts… thought of asking for a refund. That’s how bad it hurt.

Feeling slightly
It was okay, but the price of the product should’ve had two of the meats and buns. The oil based olives and peppers/mild/hot for both. I’m from Chicago and I know good products. So I give it a 6/10
