I love this tuning fork. It has taken me a while to figure out how to strike it just right and what to strike it on, but I feel like it makes a very healing sound vibration. I use it in my Luminous Energy Field and I swear it feels like it is tuning me. I feel more relaxed afterwards . All my friends I have shown really like it too. I can't say for sure if its working, but I really like it! I strike it on a big roll of masking tape but hear that a hockey puck is best so I am going to get one. Don't strike it on anything really hard as it could damage the fork, or whatever you strike it on, plus its loud. I don't think striking it on your body is very good, as it is kind of painful, yet some people do that!

Update Below. Tuning fork is okay. Not loud, but tone lasts a long time. Bag is not drawstring, just open with no closure. No mallet or striking piece. I will use a piece of Styrofoam so as not to damage tuning fork. A little disappointed based on their description and supposed reputation. Per contact from the Seller, a hockey puck or other non metallic hard object can be used to strike the fork on. No damage will occur to the fork, and the harder strike will make the tone louder. As far as the pouch, I may sew a small piece of Velcro at the top. I appreciate a seller who goes out of their way to contact buyer with helpful info.

As a sound therapist, I have many tuning forks and am fairly well-versed in determining quality of these tools. Omnivos has lived up to, and maybe even surpassed, my expectations. The packaging was great, the tuning fork is clear and on pitch and the quality is high. Very happy.

This is one of those things you just need to get and have fun with. Everybody wants to check it out. I also was amazed at how long it holds the sound...it naturally goes down in volume over time but the 528 frequency is constant. It's good therapy and will bring a smile to the face of young and old.
