This pilates ring works great, I've used it for many different exercises and it works well for all of them. It's also so cute in the purple. It seems like a really high quality ring compared to other ones I've seen. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Yes, it's a solid good workout. It's not for the weak and you will WORK those muscles. One thing I hadn't expected.... okay, granted I'm short (5'1"), but the ring is just... massive. 14 inches doesn't seem that big, but in doing exercise videos with it, the perimeters of the ring keep hitting the ground/ my face/ etc. As if it's a smaller circumference/ better proportioned on people not considered 'petite'. Another thing... the black 'pads' are big. My calves are essentially too small for them; I had a tight grip, but it kept turning/ spinning because of lack of contact. Eh, well, I'll keep using it... it's a solid piece of workout equipment.

After my hip surgery, my PT's had me using one and bought it for home use and continue to use it. Very helpful in my recovery.

This is the circle that I use with my class and suggest that they purchase. I have purchased for myself and for clients and this one is great. I think mine is over 5 years old and I use it atleast 4 times a week and its still going strong. By the way, Im in no way affiliated nor do I profit from this review. Less resistance than I expected.

It works well I keep it next to my TV chair and do various reps while watching

Good Quality

I haven't been using this resistance ring for long, but so far the durability is good and the functionality is as expected. The size is ok for someone like me(5ft 10), might be a bit hard to use for smaller folks but I like it so far. I'm hoping the durability holds up for a long time but if not, then I'll update the rating. Decent value for money, good purchase.
