Shift Cable Bellows was out of spec
The shift cable bellows would not slide over the shift cable to be install. Lubrication and heat made no difference. I ended up ripping it and had to go buy a genuine Mercruiser one. The ujoint bellows is a little tighter than OEM but overall still a good usable piece

Rotten
Very disappointed in this product put it on in June 2022 check them today and they are dry rotten and cracking. Such a hassle to take all this off and put them on again. The old ones from the dealer we’re on for 15 years before I changed him just for good measure.

Shifter cable o ring too large. Shifter cable bellows very stiff.
The shifter cable O ring seal was too large. Had to re-use old seal temporarily.Shifter cable bellows very stiff compared to old, however; The old one was very soft rubber and completely deteriorated in 1.5 years and barely used.The stiff rubber made it extremely difficult to pull over the engine side part of the cable with grease.Forget about pulling this boot over the drive side fitting. It's not going to happen.Other than those two issues, everything seemed in order.

Not a sealed bearing
The bearing has a grease hole in the side so its greasable not sealed. It says your getting a sealed bearing.
