I've only had to use this a couple of times but the last time it had some melted ice in it and I fell asleep in bed with it by my cheek. I was worried the next day that it had leaked all over my mattress, but unbelievably, it was completely dry. Very durable and effective ice pack. I don't plan on leaving it on my bed again, but it's nice to know that it doesn't leak and it stays cold for a long time. I'm really glad I bought this!

I sent this to my aunt who is in an assisted medical facility out of state. She said it is amazing! I bought some of the plastic reusable ice cubes that are filled with water that she can leave inside of it. She just puts it in the freezer and uses it as needed; doesn’t have to open it to put water in it but could if necessary. It has a nice, wide opening with an easy opening lid.

This is just the right size to sit on my shoulder, holds plenty of ice and stays cold for a long time. I found this to work better than most ice packs, because you can set it right where you are having pain. I am going to purchase an extra.

I bought this about a month ago and have used it several times for both hot and cold. I just run the tap water until it is very hot and then fill this. It stays hot for about an hour. I put cold tap water in this and add a few ice cubes just to make it cold. It does not leak. Some people think it leaks because of condensation.

Product is durable I use both hot and cold and no issues really helps my inflammation in my body, very flexible and soft used it both on my jaw and chest helped tremendously

I bought this after the gel packs just didn’t stay cold, I’m using it for muscle injuries. I put 25 ice cubes in it, then I use it for a while and put it back in the freezer. Sometimes I have to drop it on the floor after that because it forms one big ice block. This thing has been super durable considering all of that, and it never leaks. So I say it’s a great value

I liked it because it’s just the right size. You fill it with ice and put it where you need it.

I love this product it is very nice for little aches and pains and great for injury’s it has a pretty big size of storage but it does leak I thinknit might be from the ice when I put it in

Lasted one year before started leaking. Used to be $10 now it's $30. Definitely not worth the price especially now
