Incredible - both the quality of the product and the service! Please read!I ordered a black and orange "but did you die?" keychain for my father, who rides a Harley, for father's day.Unfortunately, Canada Post struck again, backed up as they are these days, and it didn't show up. I contacted Keytails and was shocked - in a good way! - by their response. As it turns out they are based in Ottawa (as am I) and so had someone deliver one to me directly the next day.I didn't expect that and can't put into words just how much I appreciate that!(No, a keychain isn't apocalyptic, but being able to have even limited interactions with loved ones means more now than ever and this was a part of that...)Also, as you can see in the pictures, the quality of the keychain is great! The fabric and embroidery are sturdy and well done, the key ring is solid metal, not thin and flimsy or plastic, and, although I didn't realize when I ordered it, it's also double sided. It's even better than the pictures!Thank you so much to the Keytails team! These are the kind of people to go above and beyond to help someone out!I definitely recommend these key chains and the people who stand behind them!

They came a day before Expected delivery date, are far better quality then I had anticipated, and very bright colours. The yellow and pink really stand out.Thoroughly happy with the delivery of purchase, the quality of the tags and the price is right for what you’re getting!highly recommend and I will be buying more in the future for friends and family
