ORANGE 16mm MODENA President style Italian Rubber Watch Band w/ Deployment Buckle

I bought this orange rubber watch band ages ago to replace the awful plastic ironman band that came with my Timex watch. The Ironman band would split and have to be replaced every 10 months or so. I wasn't sure that this orange band would fit properly or even look good with the watch. It does. Unlike the Timex watchbands, it was easy to put on too. It has held up very well through incredible abuse (extreme exposure to saltwater, sun, rain, chemicals, oil paint.) I've soaked my arm (with watch on) in turpentine while painting on more than one occasion with very little color change (in the watchband, that is.)I believe one reviewer complained about the flimsy buckle. It is a little flimsy but I've rarely had a problem with it clicking open when it shouldn't. Be careful when cutting the band to size when you first get it. It's easy to cut too much off.Great watchband!!! If this one disintigrates before my watch does, I'm getting another one just like it.
