Q: Can this be reformatted to Fat32?

Yes. But it doesn't mstter. It's a 64 GB chip, usually, and it has some firmware that fools your system. It'd a scam. DO NOT BUY IT.

Q: How many photos and videos can i save in this e&jing flash memory stick 1tb?

It will not save more that 1000 photos. It keeps crashing. It is a WASTE of money. DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH!

Q: why does packaging for this product say 512GB and 1 TB?

They might be using same package for both sizes . But , if you check the size , it should be 1TB
