Bought for my daughter to go with her dolls house that has a pool. She was made up with the rubber ring. I thought it would be blow up but it's solid plastic which I'm very happy about as I don't have to worry about her popping it.

Course it did! 30 years ago our daughter's would've loved it ( we bought Cindy '..cos it was less American!) But now our youngest grandaughter absolutely loves it! She uses it with her Campervan and swimming pool....Barbie rules..OK!
