Buy these, they're worth it.
When I first ordered these I was a bit skeptical whether or not they were going to work or not, but they do. I injured my heel trying to re Ollie this 14 stair that I landed already and I had crap stock insoles. Now that I have these fp insoles I can do any jump while feeling almost no impact. It will do the same for you. The sizing is perfect they came with 2 heel pads and the box had great directions and options.

Great, should buy if have bad back
Amazing and fit into my 9.5 shoes comfortably, just a little much on the arches, and I didn’t know what to do with the pads from the lack of instructions until I looked it up online

Love the product and the shock absorption is immediately noticeable
I have relatively flat feet and the arch is a bit too pronounced for me, even after baking/forming them they have too much arch support. Love the product and the shock absorption is immediately noticeable, it's hard to go back to shoes without them-- I just need to get the arch situation sorted out. Going to try and trim down the underside to see if I can get them to fit me better and will update my review.

FEELS GOOD !
I like how they feel after a couple days but the first day or two they are a bit stiff. But they are AWESOME FOR SKATING and for walking
