FUnc Single Side Archetype Mouse Pad

I've had a F10.s mousepad for at least the past 10 years, it looks almost identical to the one pictured - uniform black/grey surface with a subtle optical tracking pattern on it. I've been very happy with it, and wanted another for a different computer.I was a bit concerned when I placed the order because the image on the order was different from the product listing, more of a blue splatter graphic - which I would have been O.K. with - but what was delivered was an ugly green splatter pattern - which some might find appealing, but it's not what I was expecting or wanted.The new pad seems like it will work well, but the high-grip backing surface is already starting to peel up in one corner - doesn't feel like it's going to outlast my original F10.s pad. So, color me disappointed in the physical quality/durability of the new pad, the unexpected ugly appearance, and the seller's complete lack of notice that such a difference in appearance was possible.

I've used C4Ngen's precision mouse surface forever, but when I went to see about buying a new one, it appears they don't sell it anymore. (And of course, as soon as I say that, I find it again. 9_9) Anyway, I went looking for alternatives and found reviews of this elsewhere, and bought it. Unlike the C4 pad which was flat, had a vaguely woven feel to it, and was extremely slick (with a new pad and new mouse feet, you could actually see my heartbeat in the cursor, just resting my hand on the mouse), this has a little texture to it, so there's not as much material contacting the mouse feet. I like that. I haven't used the sticky backing, just peeled the cardboard cover off the front and folded it under, since I need a wrist pad. It's sitting on top of my 3m mouse pad with integrated wrist padding, which has the C4 surface sitting on it, which has this sitting on that. I kind of wish the shape was a little different, but other than that, it's a very, very good mousepad.I tend to play sniper characters, and you need small precise movements to aim. If you have to push the mouse too hard, meaning the feet stick to the pad, then when it lets loose you overshoot your target and have to correct. This one prevents that problem; just enough resistance to make it not feel like you're waving your arm around vaguely but slippery enough that the mouse moves as soon as you intend it to, rather than having to overcome the resistance.Apparently, from what I've read, some people got bootleg versions of this mousepad, with a logo in the center that interferes with the mouse tracking from other sellers. This one is the real deal, exactly as shown in the picture, with the small oval logo on the bottom. I'd definitely buy this again. Will update later if I think of it to see how well it wears.

The mouse pad was well made and worked great. My mice glided smoothly on the surface and there was good control/ accuracy. Backing on the pad secured the mouse pad firmly to the surface so it did not move around. Shape of the mouse pad is a little awkward and did not fit the best on my small computer station. I wish they made a more traditional shaped, rectangle, mouse pad. Still, I really liked the mouse pad and found it a pleasure to use. It's one of the few hard plastic pads you can buy. Very reasonable price and highly recommended

Phenomenal mouse pad, very slick surface for fast response with a silicon base that sticks to your desk as you use it without sliding. It is as thin as can be, which helps reduce wrist strain. Highly recommended.
