The cord is too short (56 inches) for a desktop PC so buy an extension if your PC is on the floor. The dynamic range is not so great. I bought this to use with Zoom and it seems that Zoom controls the brightness and does a really bad job at it. The image is better when testing it with the Windows 10 Camera App. Even with that you get parts of the image being washed out (too bright) while other parts are too dark. I have very good lighting too. The Camera App allows you to adjust the brightness and you still can't fix the poor dynamic range.

This is not an expensive camera, but it has excellent quality. I had issues with my old one not displaying a bright enough picture without my adding extra light at my desk. This one adjusts to whatever light you have and provides a clear picture. I really love the ability to add a tripod. One came with it, but I already had a nice mini tripod that I use. I now have a nice stable camera that sits on my desk. I was concerned about a built in microphone, but no concerns there, either!

The camera worked fine for a couple of months but then its performance became unreliable. Several times in a middle of a zoom call the camera stopped working. It would start working again after some random time intervals. When the camera stops working, it even disappears from the Device Manager in Windows (so, it's not a zoom-specific issue). I have several other USB cameras and they work fine with my laptop, so the problem is with this particular camera. I was not able to find any contact information for support on this camera. I guess you get what you pay for it...One of the main reason I got this camera was that it came with a tripod, but the tripod is very flimsy and I ended up getting another one.

I was looking for a new webcam to replace the one I currently had. had previously bought a cheaper one from Amazon and although it worked perfectly, but narrow field of view, While that's surprisingly good for video conference purposes doesn't work very well for a webcam since the background is so narrow . I found this one online it had a wide field of view about 120 degrees. it enough meeting needs, the picture quality is fantastic I love that it's 1080P and it has also come with a small tripod which I'm not using but is still pretty cool. I love the fact that the web Cam has a power light and a separate light for when it's in use. The previous camera I had had a tiny pinpoint light that only showed when it was in use and was hard to tell if it was on. If you looking for a good webcam for video conference, this camera is more suitable for video conference.

Decent camera and mic for a good price. Was plug and play for me, on Windows. Sits on top of monitor—I had to tighten the mechanism a little for my set up—there is a small screw under removable rubber cap if yours is a bit loose too. Comes with tripod as well, but haven’t used. Very wide angle.

Nice wide picture. Clear picture. Easy to install just plug and play. It seems to auto adjust the focus so no need to mess with any settings.

This webcam is fairly small, but has really good picture quality! It was one of the least expensive options on Amazon, and comes with a free tripod. It has a folding clip mount on the bottom, typical of most similar standalone webcams you can purchase, that allow it to hug a monitor fairly well. The tripod that comes with it is very small, but easy to use and is great if you dont have anything to clip the webcam to and just want to set it on a table or something. The webcam itself sits on a ball and socket type joint, so you can tilt it up and down, as well as rotate it left-to-right 360 degrees.

after 4 months of light use for school zoom class, the webcam started to cause zoom meeting to freeze periodically. unplugged and let it cool for a while and it works again. now at the fifth month, the webcam completely dead. contacted seller but got no refund or no replacement.BTW when it works, the picture quality is not bad but the audio is no good.
