Smart Tea Instant Black Tea Powder - Pure Tea - No Fillers, Additives or Artificial Ingredients of Any Kind (4 oz)

I cannot believe how much I enjoy this black tea. I typically despise black tea because of some funny aftertaste. It was always a disappointment. However, the flavor in this tea is wonderful. I actually felt something in my stomach while I was drinking this, it seemed to calm it a bit because I was hungry. Maybe it was the placebo effect because I have read so much about black tea and I want it to do something good for me, but overall despite the supposed health benefits it was actually just good to drink with some honey.I enjoy the most. It was very strong, but still excellent.

I find it hard to believe that any of the positive reviews are real. I've been drinking black tea for 40 years; and this is barely even tea, and certainly one of the worst tasting excuses for tea I've ever had. Waste of money. Returning it, but, of course, they take return shipping out of the refund; so I've paid $8 for a horrible cup of tea that went down the drain.

Blends well. Don't like the taste.

Very good for iced tea with milk, like from the Asian bubble tea cafés. Of course fresh brew is better, but that requires brewing time and refrigerator space if making a large batch. It's nice that it's unsweetened so you can use whatever sweetener you want. I find it a little better than Lipton.For iced milk tea, I pour into a tall glass 8-oz of cold water, then mix 1 level teaspoon of the tea powder and 1-2 tablespoons low-carb simple syrup that I make. I then fill the glass 2/3 with ice cubes, then top off with cold milk. I suppose you could add a little more tea powder if you like it stronger.My only gripe is that is it so expensive per ounce. I got the 4-ounce and will see how long it takes me to go through it. I suppose the major price advantage is that it's cheaper than buying iced milk teas from a café.

I make my own Chai mix in bulk and have been using Nestea instant tea. My GF found this and suggested I give it a try as a replacement for the Nestea. I LOVE it!! I use only a fraction of this tea, only 3 tbsp, compared to 1.5 cups of Nestea in my mix. This stuff is pretty strong (concentrated) and tastes fantastic. Will definitely buy again--whenever it is I run out!

It has very little flavor, even when I add a lot more powder. Very disappointed. Lipton instant tea tastes much better

It had the taste of ice tea powder, like Lipton...I did not like it at all

The taste is pretty good after I doctor it up with agave nectar and lemon. I am pretty surprised as to how much energy it gives me. I have twin 1 year olds and a 7 year old, so it definitely helps me stay alert with the little ones. In fact, if I don't stop drinking it before 4 pm, it keeps me all night. I've already made a 2nd purchase for the larger size!
