Magic Reinforced Boar Bristle Soft Club Brush #7721

I purchased this brush for both myself and my little girl. I'll start by reviewing it for child use.Every morning it's the same thing at my house. I don't even have to say anything, my daughter sees me reach for the hairbrush and she's gone. Usually hiding under the table. I purchased this brush to as yet another solution for her "soft head". We've tried the tangle teaser and various leave-in conditioners and nothing has worked. This brush is extremely soft and mostly successful.The problem comes because the bristles are SO soft they don't quite get all of the tangles out of her hair, BUT they clear the way. I usually start with this brush and then get out any remaining tangles with the tangle teaser. She isn't running or hiding anymore and that's a big plus as far as I'm concerned. By the time we finish with this brush and start with the other the tangles are loose enough to come out without hurting.If you are purchasing this brush for an adult (maybe you are part of the no poo movement) it's a good affordable brush. I have fine long hair and it gets all the tangles out and seems to distribute the oils well. I only wash my hair every 5-7 days and this brush helps me make it to the end of the week.I saw comments saying it was synthetic. It's hard to tell the difference, but based on the way it's distributing oil throughout my hair I doubt that it's entirely synthetic, although I'm not ruling out the possibility that there's a mix of synthetic and boar bristles in there. For the price, I think it's a great brush, and it's definitely soft!

I purchased this in my attempt to brush my 2 year-olds hair. She is strong and defiant and HATES having her hair brushed with anything other that those soft baby brushes. Well, her hair is too long and too thick for that, and they do not get the tangles out. So, I thought maybe I can trick her with this. Well, so far so good. This has now been dubbed "the nice brush" as it doesn't have hard plastic bristles, yet it is firm enough to brush out whatever crap-o-the-day mystery substance is in her hair. I love this brush. It does such a great job, and leaves her hair soft, shiny, and never staticky (even when it's dry out). It's large enough for me to hold comfortably, but small enough for her to use herself. I would highly recommend it. This brush has been a lifesaver, and it no longer looks like I let my child play in dumpsters.

As a woman, I wear large or extra large gloves. Still don't have large hands as it may suggest yet I find the handle to be smaller than I'd like or than what would be a better fit for me. Nonetheless, a good product and doesn't destroy my hair when I use it. Good stuff. Will buy again from this brand if I need to.I'm only giving it four stars instead of five because it doesn't exactly blow my mind and is not the best thing to happen to hair ever, but it a great brush compared to the other nylon and plastic crap out there.

A soft brush that works very well on head or facial hair. I've not had it snag one time and I've been using it for several weeks now. There are no loose bristles either. I can feel that it has absorbed some of the oils and conditioners I use in my hair and beard so I believe it's doing a good job of distributing them evenly. No complaints at all. Good brush for a good price. This is my first boar bristle brush and it is so much softer than the name would lead you to believe.

This type of brush only really works for longer hair so keep that in mind when you get it. It clearly does nothing for my hair, but on my daughters it works well without a lot of pulling tangles and give her a nice scalp massage. She loves it and thinks it looks like a "princess" brush since it is solid wood as opposed to cheap and easily breakable plastic. Would definitely buy again if I have to but she's hooked, as brushing her hair isn't painful with tangles anymore!

Excelente cepillo. Lo pueden utilizar adultos y niños. Lo compré y estoy usando para un bebé de 17 meses de edad (toddler). Mi hijo tiene el pelo ondulado y este cepillo ayuda mucho con su pelo. Le quite una estrella pprque las cerdas no se sienten naturales, pero uno no puede pedir mas por ese precio. Es un buen producto.

I have been searching a long time for the correct brush. My daughter has very tight, kinky, curly, frizzy hair. It also tends to be dry. Out of habit, I always used brushes with plastic bristles. I don't know what I've been thinking all my life. This brush does so much better on my daughter's hair. Not only does it not rake her sensitive scalp, it finishes it up quite neatly. The bristles still stimulates her scalp just enough. I believe I still need to buy a brush with much stronger bristles as the bristles on this brush feel just a little too soft and keeps falling out in her hair. This is the reason why I only gave 3 stars for this product.

I'll never use plastic bristles again. This brush is awesome for me. I have very fine hair, but I have a lot of it. This brush smoothed and softens my hair very well. Although it's small, it fits nicely in my hand, and it's lightweight as well. I may buy another soon to put with my travel gear. This brush really distributes the oils in my hair all over, rather than stripping my hair like my old plastic brushes. I have noticed a couple of bristles fall out with use, but not enough that it concerns me. This brush was also a great price, especially compared to other boar bristled brushes!

Good for thin hair.I have thick hair and this brush barely gets through it. Luckily I have another brush with stiffer bristles.

Great brush
