The crate tray was cracked but the crate is super heavy duty and was easy to assemble. It is heavy but rolls easily and the locking wheels are a plus. They are sending a replacement tray asap and were very quick with handling the issue.Awesome!

The cage is amazing, had no problem setting it up although the pan was the cheap kind had arrived cracked and broken, I’m sure they won’t have a problem sending out a replacement pan…

Black bits shed all over but sturdy. Nice that the tray goes under the bottom fencing for clean up but hard on the dogs paws so dog needs something to lay on/walk on.

This crate is really good but I definitely don't recommend it for some breeds. I have American Bullies and I don't recommend using it to more than one dog as they will bend the crate to get the divider off. Also the middle bar in the bottom isn't as sturdy at least not for big dogs. Overall it's a good crate but if it's for breeds that are not heavy or like to chew things.

Hola hoy recibí mi producto llego en las peores condiciones fue algo que compré como nuevo y para nada fue así,le faltaron muchísimas piezas los laterales llegaron dañados al igual que la bandeja inferior, la parte de las rudas nunca vino y solo traía 4 tornillos cuando le faltaban al menos 8 más. El embalaje de lo peor la caja rota completamente que dejaba ver el producto en su interior. Me contacte con el vendedor sigo sin respuesta lo mismo hice con Amazon en el servicio al cliente según ellos q hay q esperar a ver q responde el vendedor o sea pésimo todo q si me responde el vendedor y no me conviene su respuesta entonces se pone una reclamación en tanto yo quede con la mascota en casa sin su jaula, sin respuesta y sin reembolso. Dios es una pena nunca había tenido una tan mala experiencia comprando en Amazon para mi una decepción total que pena que una d las plataformas de compra o life más grandes que existe te deje así a esperar por ellos no son los vendedores , porque ellos no tienen respuesta, porque ellos que casualidad también tienen que esperar 48 horas para que les responda ese vendedor 🤨 a mi me resulta falta de atención al cliente de igual marra agradezco a la señora que me atendió porq se que ella me dice solo lo que tiene establecido responder eso lo entiendo pero que si supervisor me diga que solo hay que esperar eso si me resulta absolutamente absurdo. Solo ya saben por aquí con este vendedor y distribuidor ni se les ocurra

The media could not be loaded. This is very well made and strong. My boy loves it, and so do I. He can't see very well any more, but still wants to go outside. This cage makes it safe for him to do so. We live in the hills where there are predators, and this would definitely help to protect him. Plus it keeps him from falling. And it is large enough for all of his stuff. Thank you.

The crate ended up being too small for our needs so had to return it and the seller was very accommodating. The down side was I did have to pay for the return shipping and it was not as easy to assemble alone but it was just the type of crate we were looking for just the wrong size.

Ok so I gave it 5 stars only because I love the cage it self. My dog has separation anxiety. Cause of me being a truckdriver and we spend every day together alone..so I bought the big one so when I have to make runs to the store when I come home he has a lot of room.Pros: Easy assembly . even though it didnt come with directions , a toddler could put this cage together.These pictures doesn't do this cage any justice. it is huge as every my little beagle feels like its a mansion.Cons: The top door came off the hinge as you can see in the picture they need to do a better job with the door assembly . But over all I would by this cage again 3 times over.
