Holland & Barrett Glucomannan & Garcinia, 60 Capsules

I have lost 8lbs already using these pills and eating konjac noodle aswel ... the only problem i have its that when I take the pill I burp them bck up so I start to open the pills and mix it in water or juice and it has been OK then

They work for sure, however, prepare yourself to be more bloated than you’ve ever been in your life, very uncomfortable feeling, but they definitely curb your appetite!

I bought the wrong ones, I thought I was buying the 1 a day pill but have bought the 6 a day pills which is quite inconvenient, but thats what I get for not reading the description.
