Love these glasses!
These glasses have such a great style and fit. They are not oversized, like so many of the blue-light blocking glasses out there. Fits my narrow face perfectly, and does not slide on my ears or down my nose. They help reduce eye-strain when I work on the computer for a full day, and I even wear them in various stores or places where the lighting is so harsh and bright. These glasses help knock down the glare that would otherwise really be uncomfortable for me.

Sturdy
Sturdy glasses, but were too small for my face and for my liking, so I’m retuning because they did come a little bent, but came in a nice case with a cleaning cloth. Presentation was impressive.

If you want bluelight glasses, then get these!
Much better than the $20 options. I have have no idea if they work to help you sleep better or etc. you can see the slightly yellow if you catch light the right way which I liked to see as you need some of that to actually prevent blue rays. More fashionable.

Worked much better than the $10 pair I'd been using for a year
I needed some blue light blocking glasses that didn't reflect my computer back in the lenses during video calls. These still do it slightly, but not as much as the cheaper pair I'd been using. I wore these all day and my eyes were much less tired than without them. The lenses are clear like my prescription lenses, which is also a plus. I gave it only 4 stars because I'm exchanging the Nash for another style that's a medium/wide frame vs a medium. This frame just wasn't the right fit.

Premium blue light glasses
These classes have no prescription on them. They are designed simply to block blue light which comes from screens. They fit nicely. They have an elegant look. My wife loves them. Obviously, you could spend a fifth of the price to get another blue light blocking glasses, but if you want the top of the line, this is a great choice.

Snake oil
Eye doctor here. There is no convincing scientific evidence that blue light blocking glasses do anything to combat eye strain. Nearly all modern devices already have mechanisms to limit blue light, without you requiring a separate pair of glasses to do the job.Excessive blue light over a lifetime can lead to retinal damage, but what screens give off is a drop in the bucket compared to being outside without protection.Blue light can also impact sleep, but see above re: modern devices.
