This was in poor quality. The menthol stick does not stay in the holder because to glue is dried up, possibly old. I would not order again.

It was all dried up and smelt bad.

This little menthol stick keeps me awake! Love them! Peels off the foil and glide through the area (eg nose) where you want to freshen up! It won't last long but you will feel refreshed.Down size is they are kinda pricey now, I remember used to get them for much less $.

In 2004, I travelled to the Philippines for work. It was there where I was introduced to this little miracle stick. I was elated when I found it on amazon as I had almost given up the search. Rubbing this stick on my temples and on the base of my neck provides an intense hot/cold sensation that really helps when I have a headache. I have not found anything that comes close to providing the relief that Jade Cranes does. It also really helps with sinus headaches when rubbed on my cheeks. It's the best!

Really not great quality. I would look elsewhere for a product more carefully made and that isn't going to fall apart after first application.
