Ah, this is rather how I prefer to get my vitamin C if that's alll I'm looking for. A big punch for your dosage of the vitamin without too much going on. With 500mg, this is a great way to help get in anything extra you need. Since it's just Vitamin C, this is an easy way to figure out just what vitamins you need and are getting. The pills are easy enough to swallow and there's no insane dosage requirement either. Just no-fuss vitamins.

Good vitamin C tablets. I normally take two 1000 milligrams of Vitamin C a day during this pandemic, so these are a only half as strong (so need to double up). Easy to swallow and I can take them easily on an empty stomach as well without any repercussions. These are also reasonably priced. Good way to keep your immune system operating at its optimal level during this pandemic.

Because Vitamin C is not fat soluble (unlike Vitamin E), Vitamin C is quickly excreted from the body. This is why some manufacturers sell "timed release" Vitamin C. Which this isn't.Because the body excretes Vitamin C soon after you ingest it, whenever I have none time-released C supplements, I take several 500 mg doses throughout the day. That way I have Vitamin C coursing in my body throughout the day. (Although because Vitamin C is a diuretic, you will be going to the bathroom a lot.) So I like that this is 500 mg per "daily" serving rather than 1,000 mg, which some companies put out.Another down side, this Pharbest C comes in tablet form. Tablets contain binders that can hinder absorption, so generally, capsules, softgels, and tinctures are better than tablets.

Personally, I get more Vitamin C from brands like Nature Made than I do here. Still, they are helpful for a cold.

This is a good quantity of an easy to swallow supplement. I found them to be tasteless, and I felt they boosted immunity. I taste vitamin C daily, per doctor's orders. As always, discuss your personal supplement regimen and needs with your own doctor or pharmacist.

The pills are easy to swallow and I appreciate that they do not have the extra sugar which many pills and gummies want to add to make them "taste better". The 500mg size makes them easy to use to get the extra boost of Vit C that I need.

Some may have a problem with tablets to swallow, I don't have a problem though. This is only 500 MG which is OK but I prefer the 1000 in time release form so it stays in the body longer and absorbs better. But overall it is a quality product and if you can get it at a decent price it is worth it

I have found since starting it as a daily supplement it has positive effects of helping to keep me healthy. Given a choice between getting health problems or taking a natural supplement to help prevent them is an easy decision, I'll take the supplements. Even the common cold is short lived since I started taking Vitamin C.
