I watched Chicanic and she said try this to clean out your carb. Well she was so right. Put this in all my machinary and they all run alot better. Neighbor brought her chainsaw which was acting up. I dumped her fuel stuck it in straight, pulled a few times let it set for 10 minutes and poured out the excess. Then poured new fuel in and it ran like brand new. Will it work for anything or everyone? I dont know but it has worked for me.

It works! I’ve used this stuff many times on small motors that had gas left in them sometimes for years, using this stuff as directed. Sometimes have to use a couple of times but the motors usually start! Great Product!

This stuff helps soften the rubber parts in the fuel system & cleans out the varnish buildup. It really improves how the engine runs, for a poor running engine.

I have a 2 cycle Toro S-620 snow blower that I bought new in 1982. As a routine, I run it dry in the spring and hang it on the wall in the garage. Last year it didn't snow enough to use it so it hung there for almost 2 years. After the first heavy snow of the season a couple of weeks ago, I put in fresh gas and tried to start it. I primed it about 10 times, put it in full choke, and pulled the cord over and over and over. Did this for about 20 minutes and gave up, thinking I may have flooded it. Went back inside for a few hours and tried again. This time I removed the cover and took out the spark plug. I used my spark tester and found that I was getting spark, but noticed that the spark plug was bone dry, so it was obvious I wasn't getting fuel into the cylinder. I put it back together and hit the primer button about 30 times and then pulled the cord. Got it sputtering a bit and then it died. Kept this up until it was running but it didn't seem to have as much power as it should. When I got the Mechanic in a Bottle the following week, I added the recommended amount to the fuel tank and fired it up. It started after about 10 pulls, and was running rough again. I was getting a lot more white smoke than usual but while clearing the driveway it seemed to be smoothing out and getting more power. It seemed like the longer it was running, the better it ran. So far I am pleased and will be looking forward to using this in my lawn mower, which has been surging for a few years now.

I fun this in all 2-cycle engines - blower, trimmer, and chainsaw. Since starting to use Mechanic in a Bottle 10 years ago, it's cut down on carburetor problems by 80-90%. Also put a 16oz bottle of it into the gas tank of my Jeep 5.7 Hemi once or twice a year to clean fuel system. After 2-3 days of driving it's noticeable and running smoother. One of the best fuel additives out there. Highly recommended and I am not sponsored, this is experience.
