DEKIRU NIHONGO TEXTBOOK INTERMEDIATE 1 (+2CD)

As a learner of Japanese, I want to be able to see clearly all the strokes in the kanjis I read. Unfortunately, some of the pages are in very small prints, making them difficult to read. The other issue with this book is the lack of help for learners. If you are stuck with some sentences, there is no help. A couple of expressions and grammatical points are given after the main piece of text, but with no explanation, only examples.There is a list of terms at the end of each section but their meaning is not given. And there are very few exercises. In other words this book might be OK with a tutor but it is useless if you intend to use it for self-study.
