In that, it serves as an inexpensive piece of furniture.It was easy for me to blow up (and I have asthma, so, that's really saying something). It supported my weight very well; I sat in it for about seven hours and it didn't deflate at all. It can be a tad uncomfortable, depending on the way one is seated, though, it isn't intolerable. One word of advice: be sure to set it against a wall or a table, as it is prone to tip over backwards when the sitter is leaning back a tad.Note that I haven't had it for longer then a day, and, it may be the case it won't hold up well over a period of months or years, but, I'm staying optimistic and hoping that it remains sturdy as time goes by.Update: It sprang a leak a couple days after I have owned it. I was able to fix it, though with the included patch kit.

These are awesome. They blew up and were very comfortable! They were a huge hit at our event. However took them home and the kids got ahold of them cause several small holes to form at the seams. Fixed one with the patch kit but put away the couch to fix the others later. Only downside was how long it took to deflate!

We purchased 10 of these for a "SOFA" party in our back yard. Summer's Over, Fall's Arriving. They were the hit of the party. They come with patch kits but we didn't need to use any of them. A few of them lost air throughout the night but it was a minor thing compared to how much fun people had with them. Imagine grown adults loving these things!

My daughter is in a inflatable everything stage and she loves her new couch! A small hole at first, just patched and it was fine.

It deflated within a month, it was comfortable but overall it just didn't work. Had to pump it up at least 3 times a day.

The thing lasted a week, then just couldn't hold air anymore. It was impossible to find from where it was leaking. Not worth it.
