Definitely made me feel like I had more energy to do things. However I had to stop taking them as apparently I do not react well to that much caffeine or something that is in it. Also you have raspberry burps after taking.

My husband and I have been using this for about a month now and the first few times I took it I really did feel the caffeine effect. I no longer get that feeling but do make sure to only take it with food and early in the day (with breakfast and lunch). There is a definite raspberry after taste - not unpleasant, just surprising. I don't know if this helps a person lose weight or if it actually works as an appetite suppressant - how does one really tell - but my husband does seem to be eating less and losing a little weight, even during the holidays when there's so much junk around. Whether that's a result of taking coffee bean extract or merely his concerted effort to lose weight, I can't honestly say. I'm taking it in the hopes of lowering my blood pressure a little bit, but I won't know that until next month. I received a promotional discount on this to evaluate, and all in all I feel pretty good about the this product - non GMO, made in the USA, ingredients I recognize. I just feel skeptical about any product claiming "weight loss" - while this might help or motivate, I wouldn't buy it if you're wanting an easy fix. Hope this was helpful :)

I have found green coffee extracts to be very effective in my weight loss regimen and this product is no exception. It also contains Garcinia Cambogia and Raspberry Ketones which makes it the perfect trifecta for weight loss. I have been using it for 3 weeks and have been pleasantly surprised with the ease that I have been losing weight. A big part of that is not being hungry all the time and obsessing about food and eating especially at night. We all know that what we eat and being active are important components of a healthy life style and this supplement is an integral part for my to take back control of my physical well being. So I bought this product to add to my weight loss regime. It works great and has many fat burning ingredients. I love how it states the potency and amounts in the product. I hate products that have the proprietary blend because for all you know there could be a spec of a certain ingredient. The one thing that could be good or bad is that it contains caffeine. Caffeine is a great fat burning tool but some people would rather get it through coffee so dont. So its really up to you if it is a downfall or not. This product has seemed to curb my appetite and helped me get past my plateu.

These pills are just what I expected. I have been taking green tea pills as a supplement for weight loss and healthy eating and water to try something a little different. So far I have not seen any different results. The taste isn't bad and the pills are small enough to swallow without a problem.
