It has the tingle so therefore it is legit.But the caveat is that the larger volume at lower price comes with a couple of cons.1. Thicker grains than others.2. Lots of clumps in the bag you have to crush yourself which indicates packaged in a humid environment.

Seems to be a great quality supplement at a great price. However, all three products I purchased from this company had the bag zip closing pull away from the bag within the first week causing me to pour all of the contents into separate zip lock bags and label appropriately.

Convenient package, less bulky, I take a daily teaspoon. Great product!

Good. Got the tingles within minutes of taking 3 grams so it passes the test of being qualityIf you’re just looking into alinine, this is one of the most important supplements for working out. Combined with creatine it’s amazing. Basically keeps you going when you would normally hit fatigue and limits lactic acid.I mix my own pre and post workout drinks and this is in the top 3 most important ingredients, along with creatine and citrulline malate

Was tired of all the added artificial sweeteners to preworkout powders. This is perfect! Gives me the exact same warm, tingling feeling without all the added crap in preworkout powders. I drink it with black coffee for that extra kick. Amazing value! Lasts me almost two months. Highly recommend it!

This is some pretty good stuff. Currently adding 1 serving to my preworkout that already contains this stuff for a total of 7g of beta Alanine. My workouts have been better!

Bought this for a friend who works out everyday he says it hits harder than even the top brands pre-workout. Don’t take too much or else you’re stomach will burn!
