Okay product, great customer service.
Showerhead seems good, but hose wasn't the best. However, the customer service is excellent and they took care of things very aggressively and with great class. So, this is a safe purchase.

Cheap plastic parts. Followed installation instruction to the letter and it still leaks like a sieve. Spend a few extra bucks and buy one that actually works.
