Very flimsy, light weight. You will need to find a way to weight it down.

I bought a few of these years ago. Use them for special birthdays, etc. The one I just used was difficult to keep money attached to. The little holders were not coiled tightly enough. It still looks nice and makes anice presentation, but was not easy to put together. Kind of disappointed. Check each one you buy to be sure they will work well.

I have lots of birthdays coming up AND, I am doing my Christmas shopping now.

Used for a lottery ticket tree for a benefit. Looked great, but had to wedge paper in behind the ticket to help stay in place.

I used it for a lottery tree at a function that we had at our American Legion.

It appears there are two variants, per the comments. I appear to have gotten the 'nicer' version. It seems to me the money/gift cards/scratchers/'booty' are the cool part of the gift, not the tree that's going straight in the trash right after. Pictures elsewhere and suggestions here have given me some good ideas to make the presentation nice.FYI - i dont buy expensive wrapping paper either. It is what it us.Maybe a few dollars more than it's 'worth' on the price, but still worth it for the time saved for a non-craftsy person trying to create something similar from scratch.
