Obviously, the diamonds are smaller than what appears in the pictures, but what surprised me was the size of the hoop. Somehow, even with the dimensions given, I imagined them smaller. I cleaned them and the diamonds sparkled more than expected. I really liked the closure and felt very secure wearing them as everyday earrings, which they are well suited for. I ultimately returned them because I wanted a smaller hoop with diamonds a little larger, but I have to say, they were hard to give up! The seller was very easy to work with and accepted the return graciously and expeditiously.
