They provide a link for you to easily contact them and fix anything that might have been wrong.For the most part, you won't need to use that link because everything is perfect!The charger is so cute, portable, has a super long power life, charges very quickly, and comes with its own accesories.Will definitely be ordering another soon!

Doesn't hold a charge very long (I charge it, go to use it a couple weeks later, and it's dead again) and gives my Galaxy S7 Edge maybe 60% before running out of juice. SUPER cute, but function just isn't there.
