GREAT THICKENING AGENT
I love these thickening granules - great when you don't want to add ordinary gravy granules as too much salt in your cooking. Couldn't find them anywhere and then found them on Amazon! A little bit expensive overall. I have managed to find a couple in shops lately, but I know where to order when I am stuck.

Handy and easy to use.
Put away the flour and cornflour. A little shake of this into your gravy and nuke in the micro for a few seconds. Hey presto! nicely thickened gravy without the flavour being adulterated. Dead easy. Dead quick!

My favourite kitchen condiment
Honestly, I don't know what I'd do without this. Supermarkets seem to have stopped selling it - are they mad?! You can add as much or as little as you like of this to anything you care to name that needs thickening - and it won't alter the flavour one jot, yet it's sooo easy to use. Forget the old mix of cornflour and water - adding a bit, then mixing more, or realising it's congealed so you add more liquid. This is just easy peasy granules - bung a bit in to a casserole, or a sauce, or gravy, or even a sweet sauce or dessert, mix in with a fork (to prevent lumps, never a spoon) and bingo, the perfect consistency. You choose how much you want to add, then you just pop the lid back on and back it goes in the cupboard till the next time. Sooo easy. Lasts ages, doesn't clog, incredibly versatile. Six tubs for a tenner - and you will wonder why you haven't found this before. My favourite go to item in the kitchen.
