I bought this product for my granddaughter for easter. Unfortunately I put it away without looking at it. When I gave it to her on Easter day I noticed a rip at the top of the umbrella, not on the seam or at the edges so was not a factory made defect but must have gotten damaged in transit. My granddaughter (being just over 2) was very unset she couldn't have her new umbrella. I know that's not the fault of BeltOutlet but I had no recourse so I emailed them about the damage and about getting a replacement. Within the day I got not only an email from a woman named Jenny, how was very nice about the whole thing but was promised an immediate replacement. It was overnighted so I received it within days. My granddaughter is thrilled with the umbrella. It works great and is a great product. Thanks BeltOutlet. I am very impressed with your product but more so with your customer service.

Nice umbrella

I have purchased 4 of these umbrellas in every colour, all for kids. Perfect size for toddlers to use and hold. The material is on the thin size, only time will tell how well they hold up. The clear umbrella I bought is clear but there are some spots that are etched, and not just a little but some on every panel making it not quite see through. The main reason for the 4 stars is because the pink one I bought has leftover sticker on it like someone peeled off a sticker but didn't get it all so there is sticker left and it's sticky, not impressed. To be clear I did not peel off any stickers from the umbrella it came like that. And to be very clear the sticker was left on the a tual Lear part of the umbrella so not so nice.

Not happy about having to spend all night removing remenance of 2 stickers that they slapped into the umbrella... Ugh.

The canopy is torn from the edge of one of the ribs after few uses from my daughter. Do not recommend.
