I never got it to work. I sent emails to support and they only sent web links to download the same info that I got when I tried to start the program. I finaly got ahold of a man in Boston and we workded on this problem for 3 days and never got the program running.

CastleOS is awesome (going on about 7 months of continuous use now). I didn't know that it was possible to retrofit your home with reliable automation software this inexpensively. The user experience is great and you will not regret your purchase. I currently use the software for creating scenes in my house for lighting as well Microsoft Kinect Integration for voice control of my thermostats and lights. It's nice to relax on the couch and be able to command your system: "Computer set the thermostat to 72!"If I'm watching TV I can easily navigate through the features or CastleOS on my iPhone to dim the lights precisely to my liking or change the heat cool/settings without using the command feature. Another cool feature is the energy map...you can accurately see where you are using the most energy and in which particular area of the house. Actually, you can pin point it to a particular device and use the map to see your usage for the past many months! It really comes in handy when you want to see if your house guests are leaving all the lights on when you are not around. Grab the software, you'll enjoy it.

I got the software and other insteon products to work with but its not working for me. I think I am doing something wrong so can anyone guide me from the starting basic because now I am stuck.
