1/2 inch Wood Blocks - 100 Pack, Natural Solid Wooden Square Cubes, Unfinished – for Arts, Crafts, and DIY People

Used these to build a minecaft flower and they worked pretty good! By no means are these things perfect but for the price I didn't expect them to be. There are some that are a little bigger or a little smaller than others and a few of them had weirdly cut edges but most of them were great. Out of the probably 200+ blocks I used, I probably found about 7 that I didn't use because of their shape. They are high quality wood and the color is fairly consistent. They painted well and are smooth so I didn't have to sand them at all. Overall really liked these!

I was very happy with these blocks. They were just as described, cleanly cut and good quality. I used them in an art piece I constructed. I glued them between a watercolor square on panel (made of mdf) and a backing board (wood) so that the watercolor appears to be "floating". They suited my needs exactly. I will use the extras for other craft projects. They are also just appealing little objects.

I have purchased several types of craft blocks recently, and you might think that all blocks are created equally but that isn't exactly right. Some blocks aren't sanded so the edges are cracked and some aren't cut the same so they come in all different sizes which makes crafting a pain. Then there are some that are completely different colors and patterns. These blocks do suffer these problems they are the most uniform of all the brands I have tried. The blocks come a 100 to bag with maybe 2 to 3 extra's thrown in. You have the option of buying 100 or 500. One thing I do not like about this is the price. They add 4 dollars if you buy the bigger amount which should be the opposite, offer more blocks for less money.All in all I think they are a good set of blocks, great for crafting but they need a little tweaking every now and then.

These were purchased to make a craft that was 3D Tertis style pieces. The blocks were all uniform in size with no rough edges. I did not need to do any sanding to make these work for my craft. They worked well and would highly recommend them for crafts.

The cubes are very smooth. Removable stickers adhere to them well so paint definitely would.The size variation is quite slight - not enough to matter in building an 8x8x8 cube - with over 500 pieces!And the seller is both really nice and responsive, so I'm sure you'll 'be happy if you purchase these.

great for what I needed. However be careful some of the blocks are up to 1/4 off (too big) about 5 in the bag

Good value for the money. I use these for Sunday school crafts so I spray paint them gold and they get glued together and then onto a craft. I do nothing to prep them first, but use them as is out of the bag. Works perfectly for what I bought them for.

I bought these to use as markers for MTG games and they are great. All the faces are pretty uniform regardless of the orientation of the grain. Very nice. I used a laser engraver and they worked very well. These are much better than the craft cubes I found at the local super center.
