SALOMON Men's XA PRO 3D v8 Gore-TEX Trail Running Shoes

I ordered these for hiking, they were like-new with tags. Nice! I usually wear 8.5W, these 9s fit perfectly.It was sheer coincidence I ordered a Gore-Tex v8 but these happen to be great rain shoes. My feet stay dry during downpours. No way they're as durable as my boots but the tradeoff is they're way more comfortable. Haven't worn my boots in a while, knock on wood.The treads are not overly aggressive so you can wear them in the city with some caveats. Wet pavement is totally fine. Dry pavement is doable but not great, you can really hear your foot impacting the concrete.

Super comfortable, I'm on my feet 8hrs a day. These are wonderful.

The shoes fit well but sizes run small. They provide good support and protection from the trail.

Perfect fit as always, all Salomon shoes that I bought are True to size. And as you spect form Salomon, excellent shoes, boots my favorite brand now in days.

Bought for my husband who has been wearing Salomon shoes for hiking for years and had been wearing previous version of XA Pro. The previous pair has been well used for a couple years, until the sole is coming off. We love their product - very good grip, comfortable and water proof. The only thing is the fact that the sole starts to come off after 2 years; would be better if it last longer.

For me and my US size 11 EE feet, these shoes in the same alleged size are too narrow: too tight at the ball of the foot, with even more width restriction forward into the toe box.One photo shows the Salomon insoles next to insoles from Fila shoes of US size 11 D -- not wide. They are both about the same width at the ball: 3.75 inches wide. My EE feet are about 4.625 inches wide. Further, while the souls narrow forward of the ball, my feet and toes do not. Aside from these narrow souls, the width of these Salomon shoes is similarly too narrow.FWIW, the tag on the inside of the shoe shows size US 11, not 11 EE, but the box tag does show 11EE, and there is a label on the show stating "Wide Fit".

They were delivered fast and they fit great!

This is my forth pair of this shoe. Super waterproof. Use them for casual hiking, walking the dog in wet weather all year round. Like the lace system, never had an issue with it. Last pair not as durable as previous shoe, welt is too thin and fragile and once it tears, water gets in, will try to repair with rubber glue. Hopefully new ones don’t suffer the same issue. Great looking shoe!

Pretty damn good shoe. Light, comfy, breathable shoe with good grip. Love the quick lace system ( I have quick lace on my salomon blades, I got along time ago hahah. Best blades I ever owned). And they look pretty cool 😎Only con, the right shoe tongue is a bit shorter than the left, which causes the tongue to bunch down into the shoe over time. Can be annoying. Which brings me to my 4 of 5 ⭐ rating.

Sie ist außerdem recht fest aber dennoch flexibel genug, um auf unwegsamem Gelände nicht unbequem zu sein.Die Passform ist genau wie erwartet. Ehrlich gesagt sogar noch besser, denn die Schuhe fühlen sich an, als seien sie für meine Füße gefertigt. Ich habe seit dem ersten tragen zu keinem Zeitpunkt Druckstellen an meinen Füßen gespürt oder mir Blasen gelaufen.Die Schnürung ist einfach und schnell zu bedienen und außerdem absolut reißfest. Bereits bei mehreren Gelegenheiten konnte ich feststellen, dass die Schuhe absolut wasserdicht sind.Sofern dieses Modell in rund 3 Jahren noch erhältlich ist, werde ich erneut ein Paar kaufen. Von mir: absolute Kaufempfehlung!
