Good replacement for the original ring! If the original is out of stock. Feels the same also the leg strap is different. you "snap" in the joycon instead of putting it in a pocket. I'm a little concerned about friction wearing over time but otherwise a good product. Worse case just DIY your own legstrap. The important part is the ring-con anyway.good buy if you don't want to share the original ring, it breaks, or if you're in a region with the digital release of the game, and the physical is out of stock!

A lot of the reviewers and dumb and didn't bother to read info on this product before buying.This Ringcon does not include the game (which is well over $100 at this point).However, I bought this because I *acquired* the standalone game through other means and it did not come with the Ring accessory in my case. This works PERFECTLY for this game. I'm a pretty strong woman, not the most in shape but slowly getting there, and I've been using this accessory for about 30 minutes each day and it hasn't given me any issues in the month I've owned it

I already have the game, however I worry that the Ring Con that came with the game might fault so I felt it was necessary to go with a spare/backup Ring Con. I got this Ring Con today and tried it out immediately. Works great right off the bat. The game actually detected that i was using a new Ring Con too. Did a Boss battle (Which was probably the best test-run and it worked the whole way. Very happy with this purchase.

After being fed up with not being able to buy Ring-Fit Adventure we figured we would just buy the aftermarket Ring-Con and Leg Strap. Sounds good so far right?? Well Nintendo with their infinite wisdom of not wanting to make money, has decided to NOT sell the game digitally. This would be the end of the story for most people and this item would be useless.I am not most people, and was able to get my hands on a copy of the game cartridge only (someone busted their Ring-Con I guess?) and was finally able to play this game using the aftermarket Ring-Con and Leg strap included in this bundle.Functionally, it works great! The leg strap has the Joy-Con clip into it rather than just be a meshed pouch like the original Nintendo one, so I'd say it's an improvement. I can't really comment on the longevity or durability because we've only had it a few days, but it's seeing heavy use now from the whole family.Nintendo should be ashamed of themselves for limiting supply of the actual game + controllers kit, at very least they should be offering the game as a download. If you have the means of getting a hold of the game cartridge or have a pirate hat and excellent google skills, then this kit can get you up and running as if you had the original.For clarity here is what is included in this kit:-The "Ring-Con" controller with handgrips-The Leg strap with adjustable strap-NO GAME IS INCLUDED - It's up to you to find a cartridge or ???Cheers and happy fitness =)

The quality is amazing, the ring is very durable and the leg strap keeps the joycon secure at all times. This game kicks my a** but thats a me problem. This is great value.
