RAM arrived in a very timey fashion. Easily installed and laptop it was installed to is running happily and reporting the full 16Gb.I did not rate for gaming only because it is not strictly being used for that. This laptop is sitting on a desk as a small dedicated server for a game - so it is not being used in the typical fashion for gaming. That said, the jump from 4Gb -> 16Gb has been a great help to the performance of the laptop in what I use it for.

I put this into an old Lenovo Thinkpad T560 and upped the RAM from 4GB to 16GB. Works a treat. On the first boot, the system went into a repair cycle, presumably due to the unexpected change in RAM capacity but it’s been great since then. Highly recommended.

I tried this product to upgrade a 10 year old laptop from 3 to 8 GB, so that I could give it to my 6 year old grandson as his first computer. The RAM speeded up the computer as it should and has functioned correctly. There have been no negative issues, so I have saved quite a lot of money buying this rather than more expensive branded products. My grandson is delighted to have a proper laptop that will play Roblox and Minecraft effectively.

Exactly what it says on the package, very good value. RAM seems fine, has passed memtest and load tests without issue and is running at advertised speed on my Dell laptop.

I’m not computer minded but I do know that these have breathed new life into my ailing mid 2010 21” iMac. The originals were 2x2gb but it’s now operating at 12gb and if all goes well I will take it to the max of 16gb.The iMac will never compete with today’s models but as a reserve it’s great. The screen is very clear and it recognised the new memory cards with no issues. Once connected with the mains it booted up very quickly.Make sure your research is accurate. The compatibility and installation should then be straightforward.

I’d had my iMac for around ten years. I don’t use it for anything outside of working from home, but even so, a decade of OS updates and general wear and tear had left it crawling along when trying to perform even the most mundane of tasks. I’d tried uninstalling programmes, defragging and disk clean-up with limited benefit and finally thought I’d look into upgrading the RAM. Bear in mind, I haven’t tinkered with computer hardware since my Uni days nearly two decades ago. I’d anticipated a high price tag, having to take it into the Apple store and then only marginal benefits effectively requiring me to buy a whole new iMac anyway. But no! For a little over £30 and about 5 minutes of my time looking through Apple’s own guide to upgrading your memory, I was able to rejuvenate my computer. RAM increased from 4 GB to 12 GB and now it flies along. Installation was super easy, just three screws to remove to access the empty RAM slots and it was done. No more waiting 15 minutes for Teams or Zoom to load up. It’s like having a brand new computer. Best money I’ve spent in a long time. Highly recommended

An old netbook used for travelling with only 2GB RAM was struggling but swapping for this 4GB RAM improved loading time and speed. It is very usable again. The hard drive cannot be changed but using a USB for program install frees up limited disk space. Several months now it has been ok.

Bought this to upgrade a 2012 Mac Mini (A1347 model) and it has worked wonders. I already had a 16GB kit but the compatibility was lacking. Had some beachballs and hard resets from time to time and this TECMIYO kit seems to be a better choice.OSX is running more stable now without any hiccups, recommended!
