His major works include miss chatelaine, Real Live Girl, Good Mother, and The Mill, Part 4: Ash, which have been produced in both Canada and the United States. Atkins is playwright-inresidence for the Canadian Stage Company, as well as a guest lecturer at the National Theatre School. His plays have been the recipients of the Elizabeth Sterling Haynes Award and two Dora Mavor Moore Awards. Atkins currently lives in Toronto. Read more
