Since my late 20s I've generally felt tried and fatigued due to various reasons, like dieting, gyming etc. Over the years I've tried many things such as changing my diet and taking various vitamins but nothing has really worked for my body and mind. I've now been taking these vitamin B12 for 2-3 weeks and can definitely feel and tell the difference. I know it doesn't work for everyone but it definitely helps me. If I wake up super early I usually have to nap in the day but I haven't had to since taking these vitamin B12!
