This is hands down the best knife I have ever owned. Sharp, balanced, precision made, and just overall an impressive knife. Just a few light passes on a steel rod between uses and the blade holds well! May not be the most expensive but for me it’s perfect and well within my budget. By far exceeds my expectations!

I love this knife! It is beautifully balanced, so well made, the perfect dimensions and weight, and it cuts so smoothly and efficiently. It has made food prep fun again. I love how precisely and quickly it does its job. It arrived well packed in a lovely black box. This is the only knife I need, really. I can now get rid of decades of knives cluttering my kitchen drawers. I really think this is an excellent knife.

LOVE this knife. I almost forgot what it was like to have a knife so sharp that it "cuts" (sorry!) the amount of time prepping takes by over 50%! I am right now buying another one as the price is just too fantastic to not buy a back-up. Who knew this new knife could make me happier than an expensive pair of earrings! This knife "wears" well with a balanced weight between the blade and handle. Cleaning? Easy - I always wash my knives by hand and dry them immediately rather than have them hang out in any container with other dishes or knives. I chose to keep the new knife in its original box to help maintain the sharp blade and to keep others safe from it.

Love, love, love this knife. Very sharp but not heavy in your hand. I have arthritis so weight and being easy to use very important to me. This knife is both.

Premetto che sono un utente molto basic..mi piace cucinare ma non sono esperta del settore..avevo bisogno di qualcosa di comodo per le verdure grandi e non ho parole..se penso al tempo che perdevo prima 😅🫠taglia con una precisione estrema, la lama la lavo subito dopo L utilizzo e x ora tutto bene..ultra tagliente che ve lo dico affare..prezzo onesto.. insomma probabilmente ne prenderò un altro per lavorare la carne

employé pour couper du lard, tranche tellement bien que je me suis coupée (pas gravement) en plus il est léger. à voir dans le temps, pour l'instant je recommande. Seul bémol, la notice n'est pas en français.

El filo esta bien y me parece mas practico que el cuchillo de cocinero que tengo para cortar frutas, verduras y papas. La hoja recta ayuda a picar tambien y la hoja no es super gruesa para que complique cortar papas o cosas que tengan una densidad superior. El cuchillo tiene el tamaño perfecto para mi ya que me permite maniobrarlo mas facilmente y tener mas precision en el corte. Lo unico es que me hubiera gustado es que al menos venga con una funda de plastico como la que vino mi otro cuchillo para cuidar el filo porque ahora la tengo que comprar la funda aparte. En lineas generales, estoy muy contenta con la compra.
