its okaythe reason i gave this 3 stars is because it takes no less than 5 minutes to dry fully and my eyeshadow still creases with thisonce you apply the primer starts to clump up and its not like i have dry or oily eyelids so thats not the reasonfor the price you can something much better

Great product. Works even in DC summers which are wretchedly humid. And a bargain.

This stuff is amazing! Just dab a light swipe or two on your eyelid and use your finger to spread over the entire area. (Do not use the wand to actually apply it...it will be way too much product & will never dry.) Wait a minute or two and you're ready to go! My eye shadow does not crease...even after 10+ hours!!!!
