Just what we needed. Nice addition to our kitchen. Having the day available for my husband and I (were retired) is really handy. I've seen day clocks and they just advertise that most days we're clueless about what day it is. This one gives us the time and we can always sneak a peek and see what the day is and don't have to feel stupid, if asked. It's not that we're senile; it's just that most days we just don't care. Now, before we leave the house, we can double checked to see what day it is. At least we'll get one point on the Alzheimer's test :)

i was looking for a clock - really for clocks - that display the day of the week. working from home i had made some pivotal day-of-week appointment errors & needed to close that barn door firmly. i found a great inexpensive travel alarm size clock through amazon (Equity by La Crosse 31302 LCD Fold-Up Travel Alarm Clock) & bought several of those to disperse around my house, but wanted a large easy-to-read clock that emphatically displayed the repeatedly mentioned DOW. this is it. i think it is beautiful, the hands particularly.

I've written a bunch of articles about this day clock and sell a world of them. I finally bought one and, although it is great for the time of day, it's a bit difficult to read the time. The numbers are in a darker gray than it shows on the amazon photo so you really have to rely on the hand position to tell the time. The thing also is a loud ticker so, if you're going to put it in a bedroom, you won't be happy. All in all though, it still is a nice idea and serves an important purpose for those of us who are retired.

I bought this clock for my husband as a joke on his retirement. We hung it in the master bathroom across from the toilet so that each morning we can remember what day it is. When you are retired each day is like Saturday! Since it also gives the time we are well informed every morning!

I really like the way this clock looks and how accurately it keeps time/day. The only thing I would warn about is that the ticking is quite audible, but since the clock hangs in my master bathroom, it does not bother me in the least. I highly recommend this clock -- but probably not for bedrooms.

This clock is so helpful for my 93 year old mother. She can see the hands easily and the day of the week. It is of great quality and it arrived right on the day it was promised. I really like the ease of setting the clock and the silver rim is attractive. Just what I will need in my future (hopefully not too soon).

This clock is beautiful. The instructions on how to set this were great--easy to set. Blends in well with other wall decor. This has been helpful to my loved one who loses track of what day it is. Better price than most clocks that give the day of the week.

I bought this as a retirement gift for my husband. The clock is attractive, big enough to be seen from across the room, keeps accurate time and yes, clearly points out which day it is (which actually was the main reason for buying this design). We are very pleased with it!
