A few days before a presentation where I needed to print handouts for a class I am taking my printer indicated less than 50 pages left for magenta. I was looking through all alternatives to HP toner for a HP M452nw and settled on this product after reading the reviews. If there were any problems many reviewers had assistance from the company customer service and this was rhe assurance I needed.I decided to change all my color toners at once as they were running out anyway. The black toner is still a HP cartridge. After about 500 pages of mixed color and black and white printing I have no issues. Most of my printing is academic material, class notes, PowerPoint, PDF, and textbook chapters. The colors are crisp and I see no difference in print quality. Most of my printouts are on the cheapest paper I can find. The toner has no issue printing on this paper. I feel confident that I will not have any issues for the life of this product and would probably order again when the time comes for a replacement.

UPDATE!! If I could give negative stars I would! This ink has been nothing but a hassle. Printer worked great until I decided to save some money on toner. Never heard from seller either.. AWFUL! See pic I added to see how much blue is on printed papers..Ok so while this ink does technically "work". Any time you have to print multiple pages, by the 3rd page there is blue ink lightly all over the page. If I'm printing a document the 3rd sheet will have a blue background. BS. Going to have to buy new ink because of it. Will be ok for a quick backup when needed but will never buy this ink again. The first sheet always prints fine but any additional looks terrible.UPDATE 10/22!!The customer service through the company has been phenomenal! They replaced the bad cyan cartridge and the qualities now rivals HP. Customer service has checked back multiple times yo make sure all is working as it should! Great deal and quality printing after issues qere addressed. Highly recommend this company.

There were no issues with these cartridges. They worked from day one with very clear lines and sharp coloring. Still using these toner cartridges today and have no issues. Great purchase that works. Exactly what I needed. Recommended and I look forward to doing business with this brand in the future.

Compared to HP toner, the price is good, and print quality is good. I had to take off a star though, because the first thing I noticed was a foul smell being emitted from this box of toner. I almost had to plug my nose when handling these toner cartridges. I took off a star for that, but honestly I wouldn't buy these again. I don't want these in my house. I sprayed the box with deodorant, but maybe chlorine would have been better.

I purchased a five pack of True Image laser cartridges compatible with my HP multifunction printer. After five months of use, the black laser cartridge produced very faded printing despite having 50% of the toner remaining. I called the company's customer service line and received immediate response. After e-mailing the company with my proof of purchase , I was promptly shipped not one but two replacement black laser cartridges. If only other businesses could display such prompt and great customer service.M. Brown

These cartridges made the printer print like new and the set came with an extra black cartridge. They were easy to install and fit like the factory cartridges with out any problems.

I've ordered from this company before. In fact, I've ordered the same exact item from this company before.The previous set that I purchased was in my printer for more than a year (I installed them in June 2021). I ordered a new set in May of this year, knowing that my toner was getting low and wanting to make sure I had sufficient on stand-by. I installed them today while printing our materials to home school our kids. I only installed them when the printer continued to warn me that the old toner cartridges were getting low. We're printing books books that are 250-300 pages, so I don't want the toner to begin fading during the middle of a print job, so I replaced the old ones.Anyway, for a bit, while printing with the new toner, all went well. But, the printer started to tell me again that my toner was low (are you kidding me!? they're brand new!). Knowing that I had just installed new toner today, I kept going, similar to what I normally do until I feel like it's really getting low and will begin fading.Well, the image I included with my review speaks volumes. The new toner that I installed today is the document on top in the image. Yes, the crappy-looking faded yellow sheet. The document right behind it is the document I printed AFTER I got my old toner out of the garbage and put it back in the printer.A picture is worth a thousand words. I didn't get anywhere close to 1,000 pages today with the "new" toner.

After I explained that the toner was fading after a few documents, they quickly took care of it and sent out a replacement to keep my small business running smoothly.Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and I will purchase from you in the future!Sincerely,Dan G.

The print quality was OK for the first few months but after that, prince started getting lines in them and then the quality deteriorated significantly

Mein Drucker nimmt die Toner ohne Probleme an und die Drucke sind prima. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Ich kaufe sie wieder.

Product arrived in timely manner and good packaging. Not sure about compatibility as it start to print grayscale prints with blue back ground or line of red. not sure if this is the printer issue or not?if this was not the issue, I would have given it 5 star.
