I have enjoyed this cookbook for over twenty years. It has the best recipes and I use it frequently. I also have given this cookbook for several gifts over the years. Green Chili mac and cheese is to die for and the goat cheese and shrimp enchiladas are wonderful. The cookbook I received was in excellent condition and arrived quickly.

A good cook book. As with all cook books there are some receipes in this one I will have to make vegan.
