Do the labels have "o" and "V" on them -- if not, why? How do you clean these narrow bottles and wouldn't soap & water hurt the labels?

Thank you for your question. The labels included are blank for flexible labeling different cooking liquid, without "O" & "V”. They are waterproof and can be easily wiped clean with towel. Clean tips for your kindly reference: Run warm soapy water into the glass bottle, shake the bottle vigorously (make sure the soapy water wash over every part of the interior surface), them dump out the water and repeat several times. Is the bottom of the rack solid or does it have openings? Reviewer said they added padding... Don't want drips getting down to tablecloth. Thanks.

The bottom is open, unfortunately. I have my rack sitting in a narrow polish pottery dish so that I don’t get drips on counter. Hope this helps.
