Best Equipment for Pull-Up/Chin-Up assistance
I received the band 2 days ago for helping me with pull-ups and other similar workouts.I must say that i'm not disappointed.The band does exactly what it says it will do.Really durable and a single band can easily handle 65-70kg of pressure. It maybe more but i wouldn't know.Now the difference between the different colored bands:BLACK- This band will give you the least support during your workouts and is mostly used by professionals for some extra support. So if you're a beginner and want to do pullups, then DO NOT buy this one.RED- This one (Heavy) is for those who do a decent amount of exercises everyday and a basically fit enough to do chin-ups and pull-ups.GREEN- This band is the absolute best choice for beginners who are just starting out. If you weigh around 60-70kg then only one GREEN band will be enough for you but if you're a little overweight say about 80-100kg then you're going to need 2 of them to support your weight.NOTE: These bands are not restricted to only Pullups or chinups. I gave my review on how i use it. You are free to use it in any way you prefer.Hopefully this will help you in choosing the right band as per your convenience!

Great resistance band, a bit long but pretty strong amd thick.
I bought the heavy resistance band for 1050 rupees. Its pretty long and also offers decent resistance, although it is geared more for pull ups you can use it for squats, knees, biceps etc as well.I bought these to strengthen my biceps tendon as I am recovering from an injury. The band is thick and strong. Would recommend this.

0 to 60 repetation with this awesome product
Awesome working....I can't do one pullups but with this I can do 60 in 4 sets that means 15 each .....This has a awesome resistance for different gym jobs ....Now I can do 6reps 3sets without this bandThank u fitsy band I achived it in some days

You can do full body exercise at home like gym
You can do full body workout at home without going to gym and make muscles. It supports you upto approx. 1/2.5 means if your wait is 70 kg then it will take 30 kg by its own and you have to take 40 kg by yourself. It helps in pull-ups.But at last if yo buy it for only pull-ups please don't buy because if yo do pull-ups by yourself then your pull-ups increase otherwise not.And if you want to buy it for full body workout like gym then buy it.

Perfect to give muscle burn.
The product is good in terms of quality.the green one with the maximum resistance is really challenging .I am using it mainly for shoulders work out. Rowing and punching practice.stretching etc.Perfect for indoor workout.

Gr8 band for those who wanna pull up
Good quality band esp for those who are struggling to do pull ups. Beginners shouls go for green one. I went for the red one and I can do 2 pull ups. Plz go for Green those who cant do even 1 pullup yet.

Not durable
I got this on 26th May, the band worked good until it didn’t. With products like these it’s always tricky to know if it’s durable unless you use them for a while. Hope this helps future customers to make an informed choice.
