Years and years ago I bought this pillow straight from the company and still absolutely LOVE it! I decided to purchase another one to replace another pillow. I attempted to go to the company website but it states that it's down. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. When I received the pillow it was all rolled up (my original pillow came in a box and was nice and flat). When I unrolled it it was lumpy and not at all what I expected. I put it in the dryer to fluff it up. What came out is, again, not what I expected. My original pillow is solid, when I put my head on it it conforms to my head. This new pillow is, what appears to be, several torn off pieces of memory foam. When I put my head on it I feel like I'm being poked by these pieces. There is no changing to the contours of my head. It's soft but just not that comfortable. I'm disappointed, I was really expecting this to be exactly like my current pillow. I'm not sure I would buy this again.

Great pillows and they provide great neck support. My shoulder/neck pain is gone. As previously mentioned there was a slight odor to the pillows so we aired them out. I washed the covers twice and they smell great. My husband thought they were so comfortable he had me order two more for the guest room. Then my son wanted two for his room. We have now ordered three sets and would highly recommend. On our third order we did receive a pillow that was not as dense/full as the others. After sending in a comment on 12/22 about the one pillow, the company contacted me the next day 11/23 and offered to send a replacement. Was really surprised how quickly they responded and the replacement pillow arrived on 11/27. Great product and Excellent customer service!

Perfect size for twin bed. I bought king pillow cases, which fit great. Did have to let these air out for about 5 days before using to get rid of the chemical odor. Very, very comfortable - not overly firm like some other brands, so you can 'smoosh' them into the perfect position for your sleeping preference. Would definitely recommend

UpdatePillows get very dense to sleep on I no longer use them because they injured my neck because they keep your neck at an angle. They felt nice at first but they are actually too dense.Previous review.Haven't slept on them yet but I was lying on them and they seem fantastic. They are nice and soft I like to put my arm under my pillow when I sleep and these are great for that. It is very soft but you don't completely sink in. Most solid memory foam is too hard for me but this is great because I sleep on my side and a lot of other pillows hurt my neck, but this one is very comfy. I even tried laying on both pillows at the same time and it was still amazing nice and soft but still supports I expected with double pillows it would hurt my neck but it still was nice. My daughter loved it too she was like the second one is mine right? I was like idk, mostly because I don't want to share. I have had memory foam pillows that were too hard and ventilated ones that were too soft but this one is perfect for me. And this is a great price for 2 pillows. I am very happy.

This pillow has completely spoiled me, and no other will do. It is very soft though, and may not provide enough support for some. If you like a firm pillow with lots of support, this probably isn't for you. If you like a soft pillow that won't have you wake up with a neck strain, it's perfect.

I slept on this pillow in an Airbnb and went home and promptly ordered one. Amazing. I sleep so much better at night! I ordered the queen size and it is very long. It doesn't fit a normal sized pillowcase but when you sleep this great, who cares!

Best pillows I've ever owned. Thick and fluffy with just the right amount of firmness. The covers feel nice, cool and breathable, and easy to take off and throw in the wash. They aren't quite as fluffy as the first week I owned them, but they've certainly held up leagues better than any other pillow I've tried. Highly recommended!

My son likes it, but he sleeps on his back/side. This is WAY too thick for a stomach sleeper like me
