You know your life has reached a new level of excitement when you're reviewing sponges, but here I am.I've used the green and yellow Scotch Brite sponges for as long as I can remember. For the past 21 years I've made 3 meals a day for my son and I from scratch, and because I don't like dishwashers, and prefer doing the dishes by hand, I use a lot of sponges.I thought I would try a new sponge but when I opened the box on these I almost returned them; everything about them was different. But I needed a sponge so I tried one. It felt too big in my hand, and I have big hands, the texture was different, it felt weird and not in a good way. But it's the only sponge I had so I kept using it and before long I was in love.This is a great sponge. Much larger and denser than the scotch brite so it holds more soap for longer and the size, at first awkward, now makes it easier to use. They also hold up longer. The green side resists balling unlike the scotch brite's they are easier to clean so they don't smell.This is by far a superior sponge

Purchased a 24pk but only got 22 sponges. The sponges are great, just didn't get what I paid for.
