Carbquik Baking Mix, 3 Lbs - PACK OF 4

I love carbquick! Pancakes may not be as fluffy as your regular ones. But for a low carb pancake they are delicious. I have learned to play around with different recipes using carbquick. I have learned that if you add an I little baking powder to your pancake recipe your pancakes and other baking goods actually fluff a little.I have also made the famous 7up biscuits using carbquick. They were delicious. I would always recommend carbquick.

We use CarbQuick to make pancakes, muffins and bagels and they’re delicious! We have modified some of the recipes that are included on the inside and outside of the box. We’ve added bananas or blueberries to the pancakes & muffins and ‘everything’ seasoning to the tops of the bagels. It may add a few carbs but it makes you feel like you’re eating a regular treat without getting a huge amount of carbs.

I like that it is low carb and there are many recipes you can make, and enjoy, and still have low carb foods. I have made pancakes, biscuits and used as a breading for pork steaks and fish. I do wish the company would have put recipes on a paper inside the box instead of printing them on the inside. I also liked the price for this product as other sellers charged more for the same box. I am very pleased with the product and the seller.
