Let me first say that I'm a newcomer to leather craft and wasn't ready to spend hundreds on masterwork tools, so I was looking for something entry-level. In that context, I couldn't be happier with these. They're all nice and solid pieces, and they stamp clearly. The variety of designs will serve me nicely for a long time and many projects. Am I likely to upgrade them if I decided to stay with that and bring my craftsmanship to the next level? Yes, I am. But I am absolutely certain I'll have my $20 bucks worth out of them by then.

I took one star off because the silver color is actually gilt paint that flakes off as soon as you start to use the tools. They work well so long as you get the leather wet first and use a heavy hammer or mallet to pound the stamp.

did not come with instructions. I first it did not work for me,because you must wet the leather before. That should of been in the instructions.

I like these.

Interesting shapes along with basic assortment of bevelers, background shapers, and small flowers, grass, leaves, etc. Appears to be pretty good quality, will follow up after a couple weeks using.

Inferior product. Spend a little more on something better. Detail is low on the stamps and the finish chips off from use with a nylon mallet.

Haven't used much but was exactly what I was looking for. Much better price than what the leather store was asking for!
